Welcome to our chapter

Part of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 421 strives to be one with the community and fulfill our devotion to aviation and flight. All are welcome to be part of our chapter, whether you are a passionate aviator or simply interested in airplanes.

We encourage you to take part in our club! Come to our meetings and/or events to get to know the flyers in our chapter. Meetings are held at 10:00 AM EST on the first Saturday of every month at Grimes Field, Urbana, Ohio. Prior to each meeting, our meeting location will be posted on our Facebook website. It varies depending on what is planned for the month. We hope to see you there!

Grimes Field Airport - I74 is the center of aviation in Urbana and home to Chapter 421. Home to the Grimes Flying Lab, the airport includes the Champaign Aviation Museum, Mad River Air Flight Instruction and Charter and Maintenance, Miami Valley's Hospital Careflight, The Airport Café, and the restoration of a B-17 bomber to flying condition.
